I misplaced my battery charger for a product purchased 7 months ago. The product's Australian distributor suggested that a replacement part would not be available & the product should be replaced as a whole because it was still under warranty (and I assume, parts should be available). I called & spoke to Alex who offered to check to see if they had a cord & asked me to drop in when I was at the Forum.I headed for the Forum pretty much immediately, not expecting Alex to have a had a chance to check if they had the article. Not only did he have one, he was happy to give it to me free of charge.Great service. I'll shop at the Shaver Shop, Belmont Forum again.

Being Christmas time my partner knows how much I love LUSH, he wanted to get me something from a store I love. He walked in and was asked if he needed any help, he requested a bit of help as he wanted to surprise me and get me something different to what I usually get. The lady who offered help asked him who he was shopping for, My partner told her who he was shopping for and told her he was happy to go with what ever she recommended as long as it did not contain lavender as I am severely allergic to lavender. I open my one of my gifts from him today being a Christmas candy box and pull out the little card thing that tells you what’s in the box and have a read, to my surprise I read that the snow man bath bomb contains lavender oil and that resulted in me having an allergic reaction upon opening the box, I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes it’s hard to know what’s in every product and every gift box, but I feel like there is a lack of care or maybe a little bit more training was needed. I love LUSH but it caused me to spend Christmas Day recovering from an allergic reaction rather than spending it with my family and friends.

I was introduced to this amazing product and company a few years ago and absolutely love it . I am a hairdresser so I see a lot of people and at 51 years of age I often get told my skin looks so youthful. Highly recommend. ☺️

Fabulous the service is second to none.

My girlfriend recently got her lashes done by Sophia they look amazing and I told her from now on she needs to get her refills done by her also, would highly recommend going there for not only lashes by for facials and brows also.

My new fav soap shop. Went through when leaving the south west region. I wish I had known about this earlier. Tried the soap we got today and it is sooo much more creamier then other handmade soaps I have bought elsewhere. The smell is also more intense. We bought some bathbombs too but have just come and have ordered online! Cannot wait to try everything

An outstanding experience in store today. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and friendly. The product range is excellent and the store presents very well indeed. I highly recommend The Shaver Shop to anyone serious about their grooming needs.
