If only I could give zero stars. The worst customer service ever. Staff actively ignoring customers while they do thier own makeup. Fifteen minutes wait in queue for tils and was still waiting with 6 people ahead of me to make purchases so ended up leaving. Absolutely rubbish!

Having been sorely disappointed by the abysmal lack of service at the Karrinyup store, I was pleased by the service at the CBD store. The staff approached me to offer assistance as soon as I walked in and were knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I was pleased that the assistant attending to me also sought the opinion of a colleague for a product I was considering. I made a point of having a word with the manager about the great service in this store. Keep it up!

The security is HORRIBLE. The security guard up front took 15 minutes going through EVERY. SINGLE. PERSONS. BAG and interrogating them about every single thing they had. It got to the point to where there was a queue just to leave the store. Not to mention the racial profiling i witnessed. Everybody was uncomfortable and honestly just wanted to leave but of course had to wait in a queue to do so. Never coming back again.

What poor customer service I experienced in the store today!!! I had a horrible experience. I went into the store at around midday . There were few customers in store but kept waiting for someone to come and assist me. I asked a girl in the store to help with get a foundation that I wanted to buy, she was very reluctant to help me ( don’t know if this was because I was the only Asian woman in the store at that time!!!).. then I went to another one asking if they do student discount. She was like ‘ no we don’t.. I am pretty sure we don’t’. I would think that if as a sales rep you don’t know anything you ask??…please give the right information to your customers.I left the store feelings very deflated. Pretty girls roaming around in the store with no proper customer service skills. Please treat all your customers the same because we all pay the same to keep your business afloat.

Very poor customer service. No assistance available. Was roaming 30 min in store no assistance was available. In empty store with 10 customers all together. Need New foundation, make up brushes, make up things etc. want some advice and when give them a look they run other side. 2 was talking to each other and were doing they own make up. So disappointed. Got $200 gift card for Christmas and can’t spend it now. Such waste of my time.

Awesome new place in Murray St with heaps of great products. I wish there were more products for men here; that's why only four stars. The staff are top notch.

I went into Sephora today and got a makeup tutorial by Bianca at the Perth store 90min Glam. I have never worm makeup before and was very anxious. Biana taught me right from the beginning, and showed me how to use the brushes and wrote down each step. Very natural look. I got the money back from the tutorial in products I purchased. We also did a skin care routine. Highly recommended.

I looove Kelly and James!! They are the absolute best of the best, super friendly as if we were friends. Kelly was so easy to get along with and talk to she even went out the back and hunted down an item that was out of stock on the shelves. I’ll always return to this store for those 2 they are doing amazing :) thank you so much lovlies
