I have been having my hair coloured and cut, eyebrows waxed and eyelashes tinted at Vonchel for many,many years now and have always been very happy with the quality of the service. True value for money. I highly recommend Vochel Hair and Beauty, I'm a very satisfied customer and wouldn't go anywhere else for all my hair and beauty treatments. Thank you ladies!

I really wanted to support my local hairdresser when I wanted to get a perm. Called up to see about what they could do especially since I have long and thick hair and I wanted a more curly wavy look. Was told over the phone that it wasn't possible for them to do as it would take at least six hours to do and they only did 'granny curls' as stated over the phone. They didn't offer for me to come down to do a consult.Want to the hairdresser at Kardinya for a consult instead, the perm took no longer than three hours and a few weeks later I still have the look I wanted.It just really seemed like they didn't want my business which is a shame as I'd love a hairdresser in walking distance from my house.

I’ve just had a full facial, & blow dry at Vonshell Hair & Beauty. An hour with the beauty therapist, Von, where I was pampered left me feeling totally relaxed & my face looked & felt years younger after the collagen treatment. This was followed with a shampoo, cut & blow dry, during which I had my scalp massaged. I’m floating on air. I can definitely recommend this salon; you’ll feel spoilt afterwards.

I highly recommend this beautician service. My eyebrows are fair & sparse, however Yvonne, the beauty technician is extremely experienced, proficient and listens to the customer's requirements. She performs a gentle waxing and careful tweezing process to achieve the perfect clean eyebrow arch shape that I like. She also prepares a mix of tints to create the exact shade that I prefer, and spends time to cafefully apply the colour in a clean and precise manner. I am always so pleased and leave the salon feeling like a new woman! The team at Vonchel always treat me like a valued client & I would not go anywhere else.

Had an eyebrow wax and tint - the therapist was late which didn’t bother me, things happen the result was the problem. After minimal consultation about the desired colour for the tint and zero consultation over the wax she proceeded to wax my eyebrows then slapped on the tint. The end result is one eyebrow is thicker and still needs tweezering underneath where the wax didn’t take out all the hair and is a different shape to my other brow. My second eyebrow has been over tweezed and missing spots where the tint should have been applied. When I called to explain what I was unhappy about I was meet with a very rude therapist who proceeded to tell me I had an attitude because she was late (which as I stated above I don’t care about), now could a tint have been applied in a messy way and that she’s never had a complaint it 20 yrs and that if I wanted her to look at them I’d have to wait until Thursday which I declined as she the only therapist I had no confidence that she could do a proper job after what I had experienced. I’ve worked in the hair and beauty industry for 20yrs I can promise you the job she did was unprofessional followed by her unprofessional handling of a customer complaint. People say support your local small business I tried and I will never support this particular local business again

The staff are skilled in all areas from hair to beauty treatments.I havn't been dissappointed once. The girls listen to what you want done and do their best to get to a common goal. Love their work.I have always felt welcome in their salon.
